3:00 PM – Grand Hyatt Check In Begins
Throw your costume on in the comfort of your hotel room and make your way down to the Onyx lounge.

7:00 PM - Will Call Opens
Beat the crowd, collect your wristband and sign up for the silent auction & raffle.

7:00 PM – Pre-party at Cantina.
1 free cocktail to everyone in costume. Enjoy $5 appetizers while you wait for the Special Ops Demonstration to begin. (Open to the public.)

7:30-8:00 PM - Signature Cocktail
Present your wristband and room key at the Grand Hyatt Onyx Lounge for a complimentary signature cocktail.

8:00-8:15 PM - Special Ops Demonstration
Their Mission: Kick off Operation G.I. Jane's Halloween Hoorah.
Arrive early to stake out your position to watch the Afterburner Special Ops team rappel down the side of the building, bombs exploding. You won't want to miss this!

8:15-9:00 PM - VIP Reception/Photo-op
Rub elbows with Honorary Chair Brigadier General Steve Ritchie and the Special Ops team.

9:00 PM - General Admission Opens

10:00 PM - Costume Contest Winners Announced
Enlist in our celebrity judged costume contest by donning your most medal-worthy attire. First Place Wins $500!

11:00 PM - Piñata Raffle
The General will draw a raffle ticket and call out the number; if you hold the winning number, step on up to take a swing at the GIANT tank-shaped piñata. The first one to crack it open wins an iPad2.

12:00 AM - Silent Auction Last Call
High bidders collect your items at will call.

1:00 AM - After Party Begins
Join the after party crowd at Cantina just a few steps away.

VIP $250 | 8pm-1am
 Rub elbows with the who's who of the military while you nosh on heavy apps and sip from your private bar.


General $150 | 9pm-1am
 Dance the night away as our celebrity judges check out your medal-worthy costume.
